What are my payment options?
You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you will get charged when you place the order and Not when the item(s) are shipped.

What is your Shipping Policy?

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. All items will leave warehouse within the number of days noted below unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges will be based upon the amount of your purchase.

Domestic Orders USA only:

Shipping Charges - 

  • Orders $49.99 or less are charged a Flat Rate fee of $9.95.
  • Orders of $50.00 or more get Free Shipping. 
  • UPS and USPS are used whenever possible. However common carrier can be selected in special cases.
Shipping Lead-Times for Furniture, Lighting, and Home Goods Items -
Please note that transit times vary and could take 15-20 business days for home goods delivery. You will be notified via email with tracking number when item(s) ship. If your ordered contained clothing apparel or other times, please note that those will ship sooner, and in a separate package, and you will be given a tracking number accordingly.
Shipping Lead-Times for Apparel Clothing and All Other Products - 

Standard shipping: delivered within 7-12 business days

All orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern time will be processed the following day.

How to Ship to AK, HI

Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped via USPS. Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes.

Tracking info

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your invoice and tracking number. We have to be notified of undelivered packages within 30 days from the day you placed the order.

Domestic Shipping

The following are considered domestic shipments. USA, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Saipan Island, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Wake Island, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, Truk Island, Kosrae Island, Yap Island.

What is your Return Policy? What if a product arrives damaged? 

Please make sure you purchase with a purpose. We do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please let us know within three days so that we can correct the issue. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.

We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes, issues can occur during transit. If your order is received damaged please do the following:

* Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to thenotablenest@outlook.com.

* We will respond to you within 24 hours, on how to proceed further.

Note: It's very important to save all the damaged item original packaging & packaging material and contact us right away!
We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.

Which Countries Do You Ship To?

We are currently shipping to these international countries: Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom. 

International Shipping

Most international orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. International packages can take 15-21 days for delivery. All custom or duty fees added on to the package are the responsibility of the customer.

International Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

International Policy and Terms

By placing an order at thenotablenest.com, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to thenotablenest.com. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
